Greetings from Ocean City, MD. I’m thankful for your prayers and support. We had a smooth trip to Ocean City. Brother Joe Toy drove his vehicle as Mark Yoho and I rode along. We had a good time of fellowship together.
We arrived about 3:30 pm, unpacked, and joined the group for prayer time. That got us out on the boardwalk about 6:30 PM.
The location that we set up is usually a great spot. However, we were competing with a busker playing guitar all evening. It was difficult to get people to stop and listen to the preaching. A few did however. Here is a group that Joe Toy spoke with using the heaven test.
We got many gospel tracts out into the hands of the people. These tracts are seeds that we plant believing that God will water and give the increase. As the week goes on, we will talk to people who have received a tract during the week.
We all took turns preaching from the sketch board. While there are different messages, the focus is the same – Jesus. These messages catch the attention of the crowd and often result in gospel conversations.
So we covet your prayers this week as we witness and minister on the boardwalk. Here are the names of the team members:
